I dealt with Ross, super helpful and very easy to chat with guy. Very knowledgeable guys. They didn’t actually work on my car, which is to their credit. Talked the problems over with Ross at length and he came to the conclusion that it was not a gearbox related fault, where they could have taken the car in and charged me unnecessarily. Thanks guys, would certainly not hesitate to use them in future.

I have a roofing firm and have used these guys for 2 vans before. One of them was a 2 years ago and the other was 3 weeks ago. Neither have had any problems so far and in fact run considerably better. The first van has done 60k miles since it was replaced as well and is still as smooth as silk.
