Talked the problems over with Ross at length and he came to the conclusion that it was not a gearbox related fault, where they could have taken the car in and charged me unnecessarily. Everything start to finish was just so easy I was guided through the whole process and was even told exactly what was going to be done to my vehicle with a detailed breakdown. I have a roofing firm and have used these guys for 2 vans before. One of them was a 2 years ago and the other was 3 weeks ago. Neither have had any problems so far and in fact run considerably better. The first van has done 60k miles since it was replaced as well and is still as smooth as silk. Turnaround is not too bad either very good work for the price, will continue to send any of my fleet here that needs it.
